During my 15-day stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit 4, I experienced outstanding service and hospitality. The hotel's modern and vibrant design provided a comfortable and stylish atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and business needs. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the cityscape. A significant highlight of my stay was the exceptional concierge service provided by TY, Ray, and KK. From the moment I arrived, their warm welcome and proactive assistance made me feel at home. TY's extensive knowledge of local attractions and dining options enhanced my experience, allowing me to explore Bangkok's hidden gems. Ray's efficiency in arranging transportation and providing directions ensured I navigated the city with ease. KK's friendly demeanor and readiness to assist with any request, whether big or small, exemplified the high standards of the hotel. Their collective effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free was truly commendable. The personal touches and genuine care they demonstrated contributed significantly to my overall satisfaction. Had an awesome stay in this Hotel and a heartwarming welcome by Emron. The rooms are frequently cleaned and the cleaning Crew is super nice. With the Pool and Cocktails in the evening this Hotel is a must to visit! Also the breakfast had a huge variety of bread, sweats, fruit, soup , ,sausage and even more. Thank you!

No service and liar receptionist

I stayed at this hotel on may 2-4. I want to use the shuttle which goes according on a schedule, to the Nana BTS station. I think they will also pick up people from the BTS back to the hotel because this is the route. WRONG. I went back to the hotel and ask why there was no shuttle at just past 4pm to the BTS. Then the girl at the check in looked at her watch and said it goes at 4pm and now is 4.20pm so it is not going now. DUHH… I said I was waiting at the BTS to take the shuttle back to the hotel. To my surprise she said it is only one way. Well look at the time schedule, There is a route to and from the BTS. So there is lie number one. Then at 6PM I want go to the BTS from the hotel. I waited already at 5.50pm When after 6pm the driver was still not there I asked the same girl when the shuttle is going?? She said to wait, so I went to the shuttlebus and waited and she saw me make a photo with the time and the schedule on the shuttlebus. Then later she come to me and tell me she is sorry it’s not going on time and the driver had other things to do at that moment….. huhh…. Are you serious?? So at 4 pm she said I was too late for a shuttle which in reality it was not going all. And at 6pm it is also not going at all. Another thing, when you are a Platinum member you get a room upgrade. Don’t expect this at this hotel. When you ask for it they say they are full. Again a lie, coz on the accor website you can book at least 5 rooms. So in short, I booked a hotel, but they did not give the service I paid for nor do they upgrade the room while they have rooms available. Maybe after this, the responsible for this mishap will scratch behind the ear and say they will investigate and compensate.

Clean hotel, very friendly staff As an ALL gold member I was upgraded to a better room, had early check-in and welcome drink. The skybar had an amazing view on the city, sadly it was too hot for us to stay during the day It was a perfect experience
